Euro Mounts

At Raven's Moon we are using Beetles for cleaning, followed with a degreasing process and finishing off with the whitening. Contact us for any value on an animal that is not listed.

For the Beetle Cleaning process skull MUST arrive Fresh or Frozen.

Older, dried skulls are welcome, they just will not be able to be processed with the beetles.

Additional Contributions for skinning and fleshing. (50-100)

Additional 15-50% Contributions to specimens with Decay (maggots, excessively dry hide, rotting meat). Beetle cleaning is not available for skulls in this condition. Some specimens may be refused.

We also offer Beetle only services, no whitening or degreasing. Save 50% off of the above value of skulls for this service. Skull and Jaws MUST arrive skinned, lover jaw removed, eyes, brains and cartridge removed with no amount of flesh greater that about 1/8" thick on any parts that are to be cleaned. Skulls MUST be fresh or frozen.

All tanning is done at owners risk.

Hides must arrive skinned, any skinning that is required by Raven's Moon will be additional compensation.

All Hides must be accompanied with proper tag, license number, trappers license, Name, phone number.

All Hides that require extra or special care will be subject to additional contributions.

In the event that the remaining contributions is not settled within 60 days of notice to pick up, all associated works, materials and efforts shall be retained as the property of Raven's Moon Taxidermy & Tannery, PMA in full satisfaction of time, efforts and resources expended. An initial contribution equal to 50% of the agreed value is required upon acceptance of any requested offering.

Rugging

Black Bear Rugging & Tanning

We offer professional hide tanning and complete bear rug mounting with a contribution of 300 per linear foot, measured from nose to tail. Includes tanning and a closed-mouth rug mount, finished with a black felt backer.

Trim colours are subject to availability: Blue, red, brown, tan, green, and black.

Open-Mouth Bear Rugs: For our open-mouth rugs, we use only Competition Mount open-mouth forms, selected for their superior quality, detail, and finish. These premium forms are an additional Contribution of 500 over the standard rug.

Wolf Rugging & Tanning

We offer professional wolf hide tanning and complete rug mounting, preserving your harvest in a beautiful, long-lasting display. Each rug includes hide tanning, a fully mounted head, finished paws and tail, quality black felt backing, and trim.

Closed-Mouth Wolf Rug — 1,800 Contribution

A classic full wolf rug featuring a professionally mounted closed-mouth head, carefully finished paws and tail, and quality backing. Trim colours are subject to availability.

Open-Mouth Wolf Rug — 2,100 Contribution

For a more dramatic display, our open-mouth wolf rugs feature a premium open-mouth form selected for its superior quality, detail, and realistic appearance. Each rug is professionally finished with backing and trim.
